Veggie burger/ divinemisscopa

  • 1 batch

5 cups chick peas

5 cups black beans (cooked or canned)

5 eggs

1 sweet onion, small dice

3 cups caramelized or sauteed onion, small chop

1 cup garlic aioli

2/3 cup tamari sauce

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup confit garlic cloves

1/4 cup garlic shallots mix, small dice, bathed in oil.

1 teaspoon paprika

3 cups oats

3 cups panko

1/3 cup confit garlic oil

1/4 cup garlic shallots bath oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

  1. Roast chick peas and beans at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Combine all ingredients into processor and pulse grind.
  3. Let set in refrigerator for an hour or over night before shaping into patties.
  4. As with all cooking, it is the cook and not the recipe that makes a great dish. Where desired, substitute, add or subtract ingredients, where your tastes are different.
  5. Red beans, mixed into the black beans, can give color and flavor enhancements.
