Maple-Glazed Salmon

Maple-Glazed Salmon

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or gluten-free tamari

juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)

1 lb wild salmon cut into 4 fillets, skin removed

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients but the salmon. Marinate salmon in the fridge 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove salmon from marinade and place on broiler pan. Broil until opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
