Lebanese Lemonade

1 cup fresh lemon juice (Approx. 4 lemons)

4 tbsp sugar

3 cups water

1 tbsp Ma’zaher (Orange Blossom Water)

Orange slices (cut in semi-circles for garnish)

4-5 mint sprigs (For garnish)


Combine lemon juice & sugar in a pitcher and mix until the sugar has dissolved. Add water and orange blossom and mix well until the ingredients have combined. Add orange slices and mint and serve over ice.
