Some folks, call them professional chefs, can whip up a complete, perfect meal in their home kitchen in 45 minutes. For mere mortals, there are meal kit delivery services, including the glatt kosher Kitchn Synch, which launched in February.

The service, supervised by the Kof K, delivers seasonings and ingredients for a main course and side dishes that sound and taste like restaurant food: Bimbimbap Bowls, Sangria Chicken with fruit glaze and Roasted Tea Infused Chicken with cauliflower fried rice, for example.

The business is the brainchild of Douglas Soclof, founder of Dougies BBQ & Grill and former operations director of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

Kitchn Synch is available in packages for two adults, four adults or families of two adults and three to four children. Log onto to learn more.
